It has come to may attention that one of my friends videos featuring Richard Armitage from spooks has been pinched in places to be used by this person. sparkleplenty101 on You Tube.

She has decided to say that everyone who uses stolen clips from the BBC are them selves stealing. This is not the issue at hand. the point that rubs people up the wrong way is that the person who makes the original video in fact gets their raw clips, puts them through their purchased software, spends time, tweaking, improving the quality and colour of the clips, adding effects to them and making themselves a video to music if they choose.......that someone comes along and takes all that hard work to put in their own chopped about video and says nothing of where their source came from in the first place ,or a link, or even - goodness - permission says it all...

This person sparkleplenty101 has decided to leave the two videos up, and will not remove them, and has the downright cheek to disable comments to those two videos.....awwww.......she must have a complex or something.

So folkes - if you like to see justice in this case - please follow these two links and zero the rating ....in time - she may get the lesson.

Yes - every one uses clips from film and tv...no one profits, and it would appear to be over looked by the industry as almost promotion of the film or program they show. as long as profit is not made - a blind eye is given..

So hey - If it is wrong sparkleplenty101 then everyone including your self should remove all your videos, because you are in the doing wrong club your self.

And yes - I am screening the comments on here - thought I would return the gesture ;-)

I have set this up because I am tired of people abusing my beloved friends hard work in this wonderful world of being creative.

so if you steal, cheat, and take stuff not yours to use in something that is posing as yours, and you happened to take it from people I care for, you will be named here - if you are persistent to not listen to good honest reason by the people you have taken from in the first place.

Yes - this is the place where google alerts will help and assist out cause - if you are ignorant and selfish.

There are many cases where theft is due to ignorance, and that is something that education puts right.....but there are people who will always think they are right and refuse to see what they did was wrong....and that is where clip_thieft_spy comes in...
